UMKM penggerak roda perekonomian Nasional

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Jurnal ini mengkaji kontribusi UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dengan menggunakan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya teori pertumbuhan endogen dan teori pertumbuhan Solow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana UMKM mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat kontribusi UMKM. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis data sekunder dari laporan pemerintah dan studi kasus UMKM yang berhasil. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui inovasi, akumulasi modal, dan penyediaan lapangan kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan dan teknologi perlu diatasi. Rekomendasi untuk kebijakan dan strategi pengembangan UMKM juga disarankan untuk meningkatkan kontribusi mereka terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.
